The Organization for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises Sector (ODIMM), created by the Government of the Republic of Moldova, is an a initiative to help the Moldovan SMEs become competitive, courageous and dynamic. ODIMM manages 12 Business Support Programmes, most of which provide training, funding and mentoring.
The Ukrainian Diia portal aims to increase the level of national exports, provide support to enterprises to enter new markets, as well as foreign companies interested in importing goods and services from Ukraine and establishing partnerships.
The Ukraine Business Ombudsman Council is an independent permanent consultative and advisory body under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine established in December 2014 to contribute to transparency in the activities of state, oblast and local agencies, and state-owned or state-controlled businesses, and to prevent corruption. The Business Ombudsman Council is financed from the Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA) managed by the EBRD. Contributors to the MDA are Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union – the largest donor.
